In both of the films the difference was the characters on the way they looked and acted.
In the second film the three witches are naughty teens where in the first film they were ugly drooling witches. In the second film the entire cast seems to be younger while in the first film they were older.
One similarity they have is that it’s about Macbeth.
However I liked the first film of Macbeth. Even though it was boring and had an empty black stage, but you focus on the performances and that’s a good thing. The actors sure knew how to act. Plus they didn’t kill the famous Shakespearean dialogue.

your similarity and difference were ture. I just think that even if the first version of Macbeth was very original the second version added a little somthing to understand the play better.
ReplyDeleteI agree with your post. I like how you noticed the age difference between both versions . Also I like how you mention that they didn't kill the original Shakesperean dialogue, very well done.
ReplyDeleteI agree with Sendy because the older version does help to see the plot and you do focus on the performance. I like how she desribed the age differences and how that affected the play. Good Job!!
ReplyDeleteSo true, the differencing of ages was a difference, and you are right about Macbeth they ended up dyeing for their cruel hearts. (:
